This Privacy Policy explains how PeachPort (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, contact us, submit a Product Request or otherwise interact with us.

If you do not provide information required for an order, delivery, account, support request or Product Request, we may not be able to provide the relevant service.

Product Request Submissions

Product Request submissions are used to investigate products and respond to the person making the request.

Submissions may be recorded within Shopify, processed through Shopify Flow, sent through internal email notifications and stored in a Google Sheet used by PeachPort to manage requests.

Product Request information is not automatically published on the website.

Submitting a Product Request does not require payment, does not guarantee that PeachPort will source or stock the requested product and does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

• Payment processors and fraud-prevention providers.

No online system is completely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, providing support, resolving disputes and meeting legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
