PeachPort provides New Zealand-based help for products purchased from our store. We do not use a fixed six-month warranty period as a limit on your legal rights.
When to contact us
Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, does not match its description, or if you need reasonable help with product compatibility or use.
What to include
Please use the Contact Us page and include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or video where they would help us understand the problem.
Consumer guarantees
Products sold to New Zealand consumers are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where that Act applies. Goods must meet legal guarantees including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and matching their description. The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the issue and may include repair, replacement, refund, reimbursement of reasonable return costs, or another remedy required by law.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised alteration, or normal wear may not be a product failure covered by a remedy. This does not limit any rights you have under New Zealand law.
